Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Naturally, this can take longer at peak times of the year (like Christmas, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day). If in doubt, please allow 3-5 working days to be sure.

All of our UK deliveries will need to be signed for, unless you request otherwise at the time of ordering and you are happy to take responsibility for the risk. You can specify the delivery address as your place of work or your neighbour to make sure someone is available. 

VAT

All of the prices on our website include VAT. 

Customer & Import

If you have a shipping address that is outside of the UK, then import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Kriger Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
